Hamburg Maritime Forum

European Green Ammonia Summit 2025

Boosting Shipping and Ports Powering the Blue Economy Viksit Bharat with Budget 2025

On February 27, 2025, the National Centre of Excellence in Green Ports and Shipping (NCoEGPS) Portal was launched by Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) , Shri Sarbananda Sonowal at the “Powering the Blue Economy – Viksit Bharat with Budget 2025” held at Trident Hotel, Mumbai. NCoEGPS, developed through a collaboration between the Ministry and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), aims to advance sustainable shipping and port infrastructure. The launch of NCoEGPS Portal, highlights the government’s commitment to environmentally responsible maritime growth and innovation in India’s port and shipping industry.

Green Shipping Conclave 2025

By gathering perspectives from Indian and foreign players, these talks will promote cross-industry cooperation while also examining the financial and technological avenues necessary to meet these challenging goals. The event will evaluate progress and provide new solutions created over the last three years, building on the results of the 2022 Conclave.

World Maritime Forum: Copenhagen

Event Date: 18th to 19th February 2025 | Venue: Copenhagen, Denmark | Organiser: IGGS Group

The event includes eleven panel discussions, some of them include 'the future of maritime decarbonisation', use of renewable alternatives as fuel for shipping, securing maritime digital systems, practical solutions for sustainable maritime operations etc. The conference will give an overview of current market situation in the maritime sector, implementation process of IMO regulations and enforcement of the existing regulations. Updated Maritime policies in Europe will also be discussed. In order to turn carbon neutral, the conference will also educate about the use of renewable alternative fuels for ships like LNG, Hydrogen, Ammonia etc. and to switch to 'shore-to ship' facility to minimise GHG emissions.

Argus Green Marine Fuels Asia Conference

This conference will talk about alternate fuels options for maritime sector. As fuel options are yet to be determined, the conference will teach shipowners how to decarbonize at the appropriate pace and with flexibility while preserving profitability.
