The Maritime Decarbonization Conference is part of a successful global event series that brings together vessel owners, operators and ports to connect with the value chain, review their sustainability strategies and gain up-to-date intelligence on the latest low-carbon technologies, regulations and initiatives. Under the sponsorship of the World Maritime Technology Congress, the World Maritime Technology Conference (WMTC) is conducted every three years. The global maritime industry participates and contributes significantly to WMTC, a global confluence. The WMTC connects experts in the maritime technology and related fields through its 21 member organizations from 17 different countries. The WMTC Congress is in charge of the Conference (WMTC) and directs how it is run. During the three days of conference streams to be held at Chennai, India, industry professionals will discuss the most important issues facing shipping in the context of technology, regulations, geopolitics, and climate change.
