Furthermore, the safety of alternative fuels for the wellbeing and health of seafarers is of importance to both governments and industry.

In order to minimize GHG emissions and to turn maritime sector 'carbon-neutral' , one of most important ways is to switch from diesel to renewable alternative fuels for the vessels.
